FOR 3 STAR HOTEL

The Summary of Property

The hotel is a budget-friendly located in CST, a bustling suburb of Mumbai. It offers affordable accommodations with basic amenities suited for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel provides clean rooms, convenient services, and easy access to transportation, shopping malls, and entertainment areas in the city. Due to its central location, it is a popular choice for those looking for a no-frills stay with good connectivity to key parts of Mumbai.

Shift: Rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional reception.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring all guest details are accurately recorded.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, providing necessary information about the hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials (e.g., brochures, forms, etc.).
  • Address guest complaints or concerns in a timely and courteous manner, escalating issues to higher management when needed.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance) to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure proper documentation and follow-up on guest requests, complaints, and feedback.
  • Process payments, manage billing, and maintain a cash register when necessary.
  • Assist with reservations, both in-person and through online platforms, ensuring maximum room occupancy.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and preparing daily reports.
  • Knowledge of software (like - IDS, Opera, Winhms)
  • Filling of C form and to calculate ARR Formula

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in front office or customer service roles preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Office and hotel management software.
  • Pleasant and professional appearance with a customer-first attitude.
  • Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
