Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Executive (FOE) based in Kottayam. The Front Office Executive will handle receptionist duties, manage front desk responsibilities, assist with customer inquiries, and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, managing phone calls and correspondence, and coordinating with internal team members to support overall office functions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and experience in managing Front Office operations
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to build positive interactions with clients and colleagues
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Organizational skills and proficiency in managing administrative tasks
• Familiarity with office software and standard workplace technology
• Experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
