Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Executive based in Ernakulam. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for handling Logistics and Accounting Experience, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth front office operations. They will also act as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and upholding CGPA's commitment to quality and professionalism.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish a positive rapport with clients and colleagues
• Proficiency in invoicing, logistics and sales management
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Customer service experience
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with basic computer applications and office systems
• Previous experience in construction or related industries is advantageous
