Front Office Executive

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Executive/Receptionist to join our team in Sec 74, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in front office operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide top-notch customer service.

• Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering calls, and handling administrative tasks.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed promptly.
• Handle visitor management, maintain visitor logs, and issue visitor passes as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and efficient workflow.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including phone calls, visitor information, and correspondence.
• Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events as required.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and management.
• Excellent organizational skills are necessary, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office, email management, and office equipment like printers and fax machines is expected.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure are crucial, along with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy are vital, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Experience in front office operations, receptionist duties, or related fields is preferred.
