Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly approach Manage front desk operations answering calls, handling inquiries, and guiding visitors Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed Handle correspondence, emails, and couriers Coordinate with internal departments when required Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area Support basic administrative tasks Candidate Requirements: Female candidates only Freshers or candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience can apply Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) Must be presentable and well-groomed Immediate joiners preferred
