Job Description

  • Guest Services: Greeting guests, performing check-ins and check-outs, assigning rooms, and handling guest requests.
  • Reservations: Managing room bookings, changes, and cancellations via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Financial Transactions: Processing payments (cash, credit cards), verifying credit, and balancing the cash drawer.
  • Information & Support: Providing guests with information on hotel services and local attractions, and acting as a liaison for various guest needs.
  • Communication & Coordination: Communicating guest needs, such as special requests, to other departments like housekeeping and maintenance to ensure timely service.
  • Problem-Solving: Addressing and resolving guest concerns, complaints, and issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Upselling: Suggesting additional services, room upgrades, or packages to enhance the guest experience and generate revenue.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintaining guest records, handling billing, preparing reports, and managing office supplies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
