Job Description

We need a Female Front Desk Executive (Fresher 2 years) for our manufacturing unit in Ghaziabad, Meerut Road. The job involves handling daily accounting tasks and coordinating various responsibilities:

Answering calls, taking messages, and directing calls to the right offices.
Organizing and managing files, updating records as needed.
Creating and maintaining updated documents and spreadsheets.
Sorting and distributing incoming mails.
Preparing outgoing mail items like envelopes or packages.
Operating office equipment such as photocopiers and printers.
Recording meeting minutes and dictations.
Keeping track of office supplies and placing orders when necessary.
