Ø Welcoming visitors and directing them to appropriate person.
Ø Answering and transferring phone calls, taking messages, and responding to inquiries.
Ø Manage reception area and visitor records.
Ø Coordinate meetings and appointments.
Ø Handling courier, mail, and administrative tasks.
Ø Maintain records and support HR/admin teams.
Ø Ensure professional front-office operations.
Ø Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
Ø Update calendars and schedule meetings.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
