Job Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Associate located in Mysore. The Front Office Associate will handle day-to-day tasks such as welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, answering phone calls, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities also include managing room reservations, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Roles and Responsibility 1. Guest Reception and Customer Service Greet and welcome visitors or guests warmly. Answer questions and provide information about services, schedules, and policies. Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process (especially in hospitality environments). 2. Handling Calls and Communication Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner. Take messages and ensure they are delivered promptly. Manage email communications for the front office. 3. Appointment Scheduling and Coordination Schedule appointments or bookings (for meetings, guests, clients, etc.). Coordinate with internal departments for meetings or guest services. Maintain and update appointment calendars. 4. Administration and Documentation Maintain records of visitors, bookings, or guests. Handle billing and payment processing when required. Assist with filing, scanning, and managing documents. 5. Office Coordination Ensure the front desk and reception area are clean and well-organized. Order and manage office supplies.
