Key Responsibilities: - Greet guests warmly upon arrival, process check-ins, and check-outs efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. - Assist with reservations, handle inquiries, and ensure all guest information is accurately recorded in the resort's booking system. - Provide information about resort amenities, services, and local attractions to ensure guests have an enjoyable stay. - Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints, ensuring timely resolution. - Maintain the front desk area, ensure paperwork and logs are up to date, and perform other administrative duties as required. - Liaise with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and prompt handling of requests or issues. - Uphold the resort's standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and hospitality in all interactions. - Be familiar with emergency protocols and ensure guest safety during emergencies. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional hospitality-related qualifications or training preferred. - Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in basic computer applications and hotel management software. - Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor. - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,
