Front Office Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm, professional welcome and provide prompt check-in and check-out services.
• Handle guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications
• Manage guest accounts, process payments, and issue invoices accurately.
• Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Upsell rooms and promote hotel services and amenities to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment.
• Monitor lobby activity and maintain security awareness.
• Follow all standard operating procedures, hotel policies, and safety protocols.
• Ensure accurate documentation and shift handovers.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in front office or customer service roles, ideally in a luxury or 5-star environment.
• Proficiency in hotelier software and MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
• Professional appearance, grooming, and demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
