Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Office Associate to join our team and be the first point of contact for our valued guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests with a positive and professional attitude
  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
  • Manage reservations, inquiries, and guest requests promptly
  • Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and billing
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
  • Uphold high standards of customer service and hotel policies

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in front office/guest relations preferred (hospitality background a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management systems (preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Pleasant personality with a guest-first approach
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
