Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Associate located in Veraval. The Front Office Associate will manage daily front desk responsibilities, including handling phone calls, performing receptionist duties, assisting with check-ins, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves fostering positive guest interactions, ensuring smooth operations, and managing any inquiries or requests promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and handling Receptionist Duties
• Strong Customer Service and Check-in skills
• Excellent Communication abilities
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous
