Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Guest Interaction: Greeting guests, answering questions, and providing information about hotel services and facilities.
Check-in/Check-out: Registering guests, assigning rooms, collecting necessary documents, and processing payments.
Reservations: Managing bookings and ensuring room availability records are accurate.
Guest Services: Handling complaints, fulfilling guest requests, and acting as a liaison with other departments like housekeeping or food and beverage.
Administrative Tasks: Maintaining guest records, handling mail and messages, and ensuring the front office area is well-maintained.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
