What you’ll do

• Greet guests with a friendly smile and assist with check-in and check-out processes at the front desk.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently, ensuring all inquiries are directed to the appropriate departments.
• Assist guests with luggage and provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services available.
• Conduct night audits to ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain records of guest transactions.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure all areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained for guests.
• Foster positive guest relations by anticipating needs and delivering personalized service throughout their stay.

Skills

• Strong background in hospitality management with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities to enhance communication with diverse clientele.
• Previous hotel experience preferred, showcasing familiarity with front desk operations and guest services.
• Excellent phone etiquette skills for managing multi-line phone systems effectively.
