As a Front Office Associate, your responsibilities will include managing receptionist duties, handling phone calls with proper etiquette, assisting with guest check-ins, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring seamless communication between departments. Your role will involve maintaining a welcoming environment for all guests and promptly addressing any inquiries or issues they may have. Qualifications required for this role include proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties, strong Customer Service skills with a focus on handling guest check-ins, excellent Communication abilities, a high school diploma or equivalent, and previous experience in a hospitality role is considered a plus. Additionally, the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, is essential for this position.,
