Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, well-organized, and customer-focused Front Office Assistant to manage reception duties and support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming front-office experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors professionally and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Maintain visitor logs, attendance records, and front-desk documentation.
  • Manage appointment schedules and meeting room bookings.
  • Assist in basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-desk area.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for office supplies and support services.
  • Provide assistance to HR/Admin teams as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,688.94 - ₹19,306.14 per month
