Front Office Assistant

Role Overview:
We are seeking a warm, customer-focused Front Desk Assistant to handle guest services at our hospitality/facility projects. The role involves managing check-in/check-out, reservations, and ensuring excellent guest satisfaction. Candidates should have good communication skills and a positive, service-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing processes.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about the property, facilities, and local attractions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations.
• Maintain records, prepare daily reports, and assist management as needed.

Requirements:

• Graduate / Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in front office / customer service (hospitality experience preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office; knowledge of hotel management software is a plus).
• Pleasant personality with strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation:

• ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
• Food and accommodation may be provided for outstation candidates.

Work Location:

• Resorts / Facilities at Neelankarai & Mahabalipuram.
