Job Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and well-spoken Front Office Assistant to be the face of our brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front office operations, coordinating with dealers, and ensuring smooth communication and brand representation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, customers, and dealers in a professional manner
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with dealers and clients
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and general front desk inquiries
• Maintain a presentable reception area and assist with administrative tasks
• Represent the brand professionally in all forms of communication
• Support internal teams with day-to-day operations when required

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream (preferred)
• Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in front office or customer-facing roles will be an advantage
