Role & responsibilities Actively promote spa treatments, services and retail, programs, promotions anand/ord / or discounts available Performing all spa treatments as per product and spa guidelines to include ,head and body massages, facials, manicure, pedicure, hot stone treatments. To take responsibility for acquiring accurate product knowledge with regard to facilities, services, treatments and merchandise available Delivering the highest standard of treatments To provide beauty treatments, including manicures and pedicures as required by our guests Carries out the beauty treatments offered by the Spa in accordance with the brand's treatment standards and protocols Up-sUpsellingelling spa Treatments and products where possible Provide professional massages and body treatments for any guest/resident Genuine interest in holistic spa treatments Provide treatments in a consistently thorough manner and in compliance with established Company procedures and practices
