Front Office Assistant

As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for handling challenging situations with guests in a diplomatic manner. You will need to maintain a high level of output and quality regardless of the task load. Taking initiative and acting quickly to deliver projects professionally will be essential. Your role will involve coordinating with all departments to ensure the overall success of the department/organization. Key Responsibilities: - Control front office cash/IOU clearance - Take handover from the previous shift - Assign rooms for arrivals - Conduct check-in/check-out procedures according to company standards - Monitor house position, room reservations, and room blockings for current and next shift - Follow approved billing, cashiering, and accounting practices - Promptly resolve guest complaints to the satisfaction of the guest Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in a similar role preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills This is a full-time position with benefits such as provided food, paid sick time, and provident fund.
