Front Office Assistant

Job Title: Night Front Office Associate   Location: Amadi Beach Front Resort, Goa Type: Full-Time, Night Shift   Position Overview:    Amadi Beach Front Resort is seeking a Night Front Office Associate to manage guest services and housekeeping tasks during the night shift. Responsibilities include guest check-ins/outs, handling phone calls, performing housekeeping duties, and ensuring smooth front desk operations. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.   - Handle phone calls and guest inquiries promptly and professionally.   - Perform housekeeping duties if needed and preparing rooms for early check-ins.   - Manage cash and credit transactions accurately.   - Conduct regular checks of the property to ensure smooth operations. - Complete daily reports and handle other administrative tasks.   Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.   - Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills.   - Ability to work independently on overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.   - Proficiency in hotel management software and basic computer skills.   - Good problem-solving abilities and ability to stay calm under pressure.
