Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome clients in a professional and courteous manner. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and route them appropriately. Maintain client records, documentation, and basic data entry. Assist in scheduling client meetings and preparing necessary documents. Provide initial information to clients regarding mutual funds and insurance services (no advisory role). Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client servicing. Manage office supplies, filing, and general administrative duties. Qualifications & Skills Minimum education: Graduate (preferably in Commerce/Finance, but not mandatory). Prior experience in front office/reception/administration preferred. Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
