Front Office Assistant

We are currently seeking Immediate Joiners for a renowned 5-star Hotel & Resort. This position is for a Front Office Associate at the 5-star Retreat - Woods at Sasan, Gir, Gujarat. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 4 years of experience in the Hotel Industry. As a Front Office Associate, you will be responsible for welcoming guests in a warm and friendly manner, ascertaining their lodging and purchasing needs, and providing assistance in a branded, proactive, and efficient manner. You should possess excellent communication, presentation, and management skills to excel in this role. The salary offered for this position ranges from INR 15,000 to INR 20,000 gross per month. In addition to the competitive salary, the benefits include Provident Fund, accommodation, and three meals on duty. This is a full-time position requiring immediate joiners. Key Responsibilities: - Welcoming guests and ensuring their needs are met - Assisting guests and owners with a friendly and proactive approach - Registering guests and managing room assignments - Verifying credit acceptance and balancing cash drawers - Responding to guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently - Providing pre-arrival support for guests arriving on packages - Collaborating with resort associates and resources This role offers benefits such as provided food, paid sick time, and a friendly work environment.
