As a detail-oriented and proactive professional, your role involves managing front office operations and assisting with daily administrative tasks. Your responsibilities include greeting and assisting visitors, clients, and employees in a warm and professional manner. You will also answer and direct incoming calls, maintain the front office area, supervise the housekeeping team, and provide administrative support by scheduling meetings, managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, handling mail, and managing office supplies inventory.
