Job Responsibilities: Front Office Admin
Greet and assist walk-in visitors and clients politely.
Maintain front desk cleanliness and keep records of incoming/outgoing calls and visitors.
Manage and organize office documents and files.
Handle daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth front office operations.
Telecalling:
Make outbound calls to clients and follow up on inquiries.
Explain services or training programs to potential leads.
Maintain call records and update client database.
Provide excellent customer support and redirect queries to the concerned team.
Requirements:
Female candidates preferred.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in front office or telecalling.
Good communication skills in Tamil (English/Hindi is a plus).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
Should be punctual, well-mannered, and presentable.
