Job Description

As a Front Office Administrator at our Hyderabad office, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our facility. Your responsibilities will include: - Welcome and assist visitors professionally. - Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure seamless facility operations. - Maintain inventory of office supplies and coordinate procurement. - Coordinate meeting room scheduling, cleanliness, and necessary setup. - Submit and track service/vendor requests as needed. - Coordinate with housekeeping, facility staff, and external vendors for maintenance. - Ensure consistent upkeep of office spaces and equipment. - Oversee the coffee/tea/snacks area for stock availability and hygiene. - Ensure pantry machines and equipment are functioning properly. - Coordinate periodic cleaning with housekeeping/vendors. - Assist in planning and executing internal events, celebrations, and meetings. - Support HR/Operations teams with employee engagement activities. - Identify and recommend enhancements to improve the workplace environment and employee experience. You will be required to work full-time from the office with no remote or hybrid options. Strong verbal and written communication skills are mandatory for this role.
