Job Description

Role Overview: As a member of APEX Acreages Private Limited, you will be expected to utilize your strong analytical skills, collaboration and interpersonal skills, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders to effectively contribute to the company's operations. Your self-motivation and capacity to meet deadlines will be crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of various procurement and office management activities. Key Responsibilities: - Take care of all the purchase/procurement requirements of the company including company assets, pantry items, stationary, etc. - Manage complete asset management for all company assets. - Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure office maintenance. - Handle vendor management and billings. - Manage all guests visiting the office, including their entry and exit procedures. Qualifications Required: - Must have completed graduation. - Working knowledge of MS-Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Possess good communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
