Front Line Technical staff

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Front Line Technical Staff member to support our day-to-day technical operations. The role involves hands-on work related to machine operations, maintenance, installation, servicing, or troubleshooting of equipment, depending on the industry. The candidate should possess basic technical knowledge and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machines, tools, or equipment as per company protocols.
• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of technical systems or machinery.
• Identify and report technical issues or faults to supervisors promptly.
• Perform regular checks to ensure the safety, functionality, and cleanliness of the equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards strictly.
• Coordinate with the team and provide technical support when required.
• Attend training sessions to improve technical skills and knowledge.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• ITI/Diploma/Technical Certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics (as relevant).
• 0–2 years of experience in a technical or field operations role (Freshers may apply).
• Basic understanding of tools, machinery, or technical processes.
• Physically fit and comfortable with field or workshop work.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
• Willingness to work in shifts or fieldwork, if required.

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with mechanical tools or equipment.
• Familiarity with production or service industry workflows.
• Basic computer knowledge for report entries and documentation..

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
