Front Line Techanical Staff

Summary:

The Frontline Technical Staff will be responsible for providing hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and ensuring smooth functioning of equipment, systems, or services. The role requires direct interaction with clients/end-users to resolve technical issues promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment/machinery/systems.
• Provide frontline technical support to clients and resolve issues within defined timelines.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or the technical manager when required.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Train and guide users/customers on the correct usage of products or equipment.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and compliance standards while performing tasks.
• Support in testing, commissioning, and field service activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / ITI / B.Tech / Equivalent qualification in [relevant field – Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Computer, etc.].
• Prior experience in a technical support or field service role preferred (fresher with strong technical knowledge can also apply).
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
• Basic knowledge of safety protocols and operational standards.
• Willingness to work in shifts, travel, or be on-call as per requirement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
