The candidate should maintain strong relationships with customers and deliver excellent service throughout the loan lifecycle. Meeting monthly sales targets and maintaining adherence to compliance and company policies is essential. Applicants should have a graduate degree with 1–3 years of experience in home loan or mortgage sales, preferably in NBFCs or banks.
