Position reports to: Section In-charge Civil Maintenance (Vijayanagar)

Location : Vijayanagar (JSW Energy Ltd)

Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators)

1.Civil O&M and Projects:

• Ability to read and understand Civil and Structural drawings.
• Should gain hand-on experience on Bar Bending Schedule
• Handling small Civil projects under supervision.
• Should be well versed with the IS Codes.
• Understanding and ability to take Civil construction and Foundation jobs.
• Timely attending building defects as per SAP defects raised by Operations team.
• Execution of civil works during Annual & Capital Overhauling within timelines with proper

housekeeping.

• Carrying out building & road inspection and attending the issues observed such as

damaged roads, water seepages, etc.

• Ordering of spares through SAP system and ensuring preservation in Main or Sub stores.
• Assisting area in charge in Material planning, Resource allocation, Budget planning and

utilization.

• Optimization of Maintenance cost Spares & Services.
• Execution of approved modifications, renovations & plant improvement jobs.
• Maintaining proper housekeeping & cleanliness of allotted areas.
• Coordinate and support other departments for job execution.

2. Safety

• Ensuring safety compliance by self/subordinate/associate as per JSWEL Safety guidelines.
• Ensuring Wellbeing of associate team members.
• Registering of SOS and Incidents/Near miss in MySetu Portal to mitigate the risks and create a safe working environment.
