Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Robertsganj. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying and acquiring potential customers, maintaining strong customer relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining products or services, addressing customer inquiries, assisting with transactions, and coordinating with team members to achieve business goals. Additional duties involve participating in sales training and adhering to company standards and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effectively interacting with customers and team members.
• Customer service orientation to understand and address client needs and maintain positive relationships.
• Sales and persuasion skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, negotiate deals, and close sales.
• Basic knowledge or experience in sales management and training is preferred for supporting team initiatives.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented individual with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Relevant experience in the financial or sales sectors is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is beneficial but not required.
