Job Description

NetzOptimize Inc. is seeking a Senior Frontend Developerwith a minimum of 5 years of experience in Shopify, Elementor, and WordPress platforms. This is not just a coding role. We're looking for someone who brings technical leadership, accountability, and a team-first mindset. You will be responsible for leading frontend development efforts, managing a team of developers, and ensuring timely and quality delivery of web projects. Strong client communication and project coordination skills, especially with US-based clients, are critical for success in this role.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of frontend developers to deliver high-quality web projects.
  • Develop, customize, and maintain themes for Shopify and WordPress.
  • Convert design mockups and wireframes into pixel-perfect, responsive websites using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Customize and configure Shopify apps, Liquid templates, WordPress plugins, and themes.
  • Ensure web projects meet performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
  • Take full ownership of assigned tasks — from development to deployment — with a problem-solving, "get it done" attitude.
  • Handle project coordination and communication with international clients, primarily in the US.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to development best practices within the team.
  • Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure compatibility and consistent UX.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Frontend Developer with expertise in Shopify, WordPress, and Elementor.
  • Strong command over HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
  • In-depth knowledge of Shopify's Liquid templating language and theme architecture.
  • Strongly hand on PHP for WordPress theme customization and plugin integration.
  • Demonstrated experience in team management and mentoring junior developers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively deal with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent project ownership and time management — must be able to deliver high-quality work without micromanagement.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and deployment workflows.
  • A mindset that values responsibility over clock-watching — if there's work to do, you ensure it's done, no excuses.
