We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Front-End Support Engineer specializing in Hardware and Windows OS to provide first-line support across the organization. This role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues at the user level, ensuring smooth daily operations and minimizing downtime.

Key Responsibilities

Provide on-site and remote desktop support for hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, scanners) and Windows-based systems.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and related applications.
Handle basic network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, connectivity).
Manage software installations, upgrades, and licensing compliance.
Support users with Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and other productivity tools.
Monitor and maintain IT asset inventory.
Log and manage support tickets; ensure timely resolution as per SLA.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty replacements.
Provide technical support for conferencing systems, projectors, and AV devices.
Perform periodic maintenance and system health checks.
Educate and guide employees on IT policies and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
25 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, basic networking, and hardware components.
Familiarity with Active Directory, antivirus, and ITSM tools.
Good problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
