About the client: Our client is a boutique web design and development studio based in Europe, known for crafting clean, modern, and effective websites for international clients. Their team of 10 creative professionals works closely with startups, NGOs, and mid-sized businesses across Europe and North America. As new international projects begin to roll in, they’re expanding their remote team. Location: Remote (hiring worldwide) Contract: Full-time (contractor) Start Date: ASAP What You'll Be Doing: Work on front-end development for websites built on platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or headless CMSs Translate Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD designs into responsive, performant web pages Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and project managers in a clear and proactive way Maintain, debug, and optimize existing projects Take part in regular stand-ups and planning sessions We're Looking For: 2–4 years of front-end development experience Strong HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (vanilla + frameworks like React or Vue) Familiarity with CMSs (especially WordPress, Webflow is a bonus) Good eye for detail when translating designs Solid English communication skills Reliable internet connection and self-discipline for remote work Nice to Have: Experience with GSAP, Framer Motion, or animation libraries Familiarity with Git workflows Knowledge of SEO basics and web accessibility Some design background or visual sense What You’ll Get: A chance to be part of a growing creative team with real responsibilities 100% remote work and flexible hours Opportunity for long-term collaboration and skill growth Direct communication with the founder and core team (no red tape) Competitive monthly pay (in USD or local currency equivalent) How to Apply: Send your CV, cover letter, portfolio, (if any), and answer our short questionnaire.
