We are looking for a highly skilled
Senior Frontend Engineer
to build modern, responsive, and secure user interfaces for a large enterprise platform modernization initiative. The role requires deep expertise in Vue.js or React, advanced UI frameworks, design systems, accessibility standards, and secure integration with API Gateway and enterprise authentication flows (OAuth2/OIDC, MFA).
Key responsibilities
- Develop rich, component-driven UIs using Vue.js or
React
, following modern patterns and best practices. - Build responsive, accessible interfaces using
TailwindCSS, Bootstrap, or enterprise design systems
. - Implement reusable components, shared UI patterns, and maintainable front-end architecture.
- Utilize state management tools (Vuex, Redux, Pinia, Zustand, etc.) to build scalable application flows.
- Contribute to or extend
enterprise component libraries and design systems
. - Ensure consistency in UI patterns, UX interactions, and visual hierarchy across modules.
- Integrate UI modules with backend services through
API Gateway
with secure token handling. - Implement authentication flows including
JWT, OAuth2/OIDC, and MFA
. - Manage global interceptors, secure local/session storage, and token refresh mechanisms.
- Ensure compliance with
WCAG accessibility standards
for inclusive UX. - Optimize UI performance for speed, rendering, and network efficiency.
- Write automated tests (unit, integration, e2e) using Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Guarantee cross-browser compatibility and responsive behavior across devices.
- Follow enterprise security best practicesXSS prevention, secure cookies, CSP, sanitization.
- Collaborate with security teams to meet healthcare/compliance requirements.
Skills requirements
5+ years
of experience in frontend development.- Strong hands-on expertise in Vue.js or
React
for large-scale applications. - Experience with
TailwindCSS, Bootstrap
, or enterprise UI frameworks. - Proficient in state management patterns (Vuex, Redux, Zustand, Pinia).
- Strong knowledge of authentication standards
OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, MFA flows
. - Experience integrating with API Gateway (Azure API Management, Kong, Apigee, etc.).
- Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility.
Preferred skills
- Experience in healthcare, Life Sciences, or PHI-sensitive applications.
- Basic understanding of microfrontend architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerized frontends, or cloud hosting (Azure).
