Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and high-performance web applications using React.js, HTML, and CSS. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a focus on component reusability and performance optimization. Implement and manage state management using tools like Redux, Thunk, or similar. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to integrate APIs via HTTP/REST and ensure smooth data communication. Implement token-based authentication (JWT/OAuth) and contribute to secure frontend development practices. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide guidance on UI architecture decisions. Proactively identify technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and bugs, and lead efforts to resolve them. Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Demonstrate strong leadership qualities, take ownership of tasks and deliverables, and drive the team towards achieving project goals.
