As a Full-Stack Developer at NCS India Delivery Center (IDC), a subsidiary of Singtel Group, you will play a key role in developing responsive web applications using React and Node.js. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing new user-facing features using React, with a focus on performance, responsiveness, and usability. - Writing, testing, and integrating Node.js backend services to support frontend features. - Performing coding, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure high code quality and application stability. - Working with RESTful APIs to handle both synchronous and asynchronous calls effectively. - Optimizing communication between frontend and backend, ensuring secure and efficient data flow. In addition to frontend and backend development, you will also be involved in UI/UX design, contributing to the overall web design by implementing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. You will work towards creating a seamless user experience that aligns with UI/UX best practices. Qualifications required for this role include: - 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in software development using agile or DevOps methodology. - Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or a relevant discipline. Key skills and experience desired for this position are: - Experience with backend development and server-side processing using React and Node.js. - Proficiency in creating and consuming RESTful services, managing synchronous and asynchronous data flow. - Implementing modular, maintainable code that aligns with project standards and can be reused across multiple projects. - Understanding the protocol, client-side processing, and integration of server-side code. - Working within Agile or Scrum methodologies to complete tasks on schedule.
