Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Review and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
Prepare and send out non-reliance letters to clients after completing due diligence reviews.
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting various types of legal documents related to software product sales transactions.
Conduct thorough document reviews for contract abstraction purposes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues that may arise during the contract negotiation process.
