Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Front Desk Staff member based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The primary responsibilities include welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, managing the reception area, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Additional duties include maintaining organizational records, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Good Computer Literacy skills
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Previous experience in a front desk or customer-facing role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certification in administration is beneficial
