Front Desk & Social Media Coordinator

As a Receptionist and Marketing Coordinator, your role involves greeting and assisting visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner. You will handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments. Additionally, you will schedule and confirm appointments or meetings with clients and internal teams. Your responsibilities also include maintaining the reception area and meeting rooms to ensure a tidy and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in daily administrative operations, filing, and documentation - Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and schedule content shoots (photo/video) - Organise logistics for shoots, including team availability, location, and required materials - Review and route content for internal approvals before publishing - Maintain daily updates and reports on customer enquiries, walk-in types, and lead sources - Track and document client interactions or feedback for marketing insights - Liaise with vendors, influencers, or partners for outreach and promotional activities - Support the execution and monitoring of ongoing marketing campaigns and promotions - Ensure alignment between front desk activities and marketing efforts (e.g. promotions, events, seasonal offers) Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in receptionist duties and administrative support - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in MS Office applications - Knowledge of marketing principles and coordination is a plus This job offers a full-time position and requires you to work in person.,
