Job Description

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; direct them to the appropriate departments
  • Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings with clients and internal teams
  • Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms to ensure a tidy and welcoming environment
  • Assist in daily administrative operations, filing, and documentation
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and schedule content shoots (photo/video)
  • Assist in organising logistics for shoots, including team availability, location, and required materials
  • Review and route content for internal approvals before publishing
  • Maintain daily updates and reports on customer enquiries, walk-in types, and lead sources
  • Track and document client interactions or feedback that may support marketing insights
  • Liaise with vendors, influencers, or partners for outreach or promotional activities
  • Support in the execution and monitoring of ongoing marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Ensure alignment between front desk activities and marketing efforts (e.g. promotions, events, seasonal offers)
