Front Desk / Sales Coordinator

As a Female candidate with a good personality and excellent communication skills in English and local languages, your main responsibility will be to coordinate indoor branch sales and service activities. This involves monitoring and managing day-to-day business operations by coordinating with field executives, Technical staff, admin/accounts at the HO level, and Principal Company. Your role also includes identifying and developing business opportunities with new and existing customers, evaluating customer needs, and suggesting appropriate solutions. Additionally, you will ensure quality standards are maintained for retail storefront, pre-sale, and post-sale customer support. Providing concise descriptions of products and services to customers, drawing attention to the benefits, and carrying out price negotiations are also key aspects of your role.
