Role Description

The Front Office & Admissions Executive will be the first point of contact for all prospective parents, visitors, and students at Sanskar Educational School, Ghaziabad. This role combines front desk management with admissions counseling, ensuring a welcoming experience, clear communication, and successful conversions to meet the school’s enrollment goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet parents, students, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Provide accurate information about school timings, processes, and events.
  • Counsel prospective parents regarding school programs, activities, facilities, and fee structure.
  • Conduct campus tours and ensure families experience the school positively.
  • Follow up with leads from calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries to maximize conversions.
  • Maintain an updated admissions database, inquiry logs, and conversion reports.
  • Support and execute admission campaigns, open houses, and school promotional events.
  • Work with management to achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets.


Qualifications

  • Target-driven mindset with ability to balance hospitality + persuasion.
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and build trust with parents.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with digital tools/CRM systems.
  • Prior experience in admissions counseling, customer service, or front office roles (preferably in the education sector).
  • Graduate (Bachelor’s or higher).
