Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Basketball Coach at Sanskar Educational School located in Ghaziabad. The Head Basketball Coach will be responsible for planning and executing training sessions, developing game strategies, and coaching the basketball team. They will also oversee the development of athletes' skills, foster team spirit, and ensure that all players adhere to the school's values and standards. Additionally, the coach will communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff to promote a positive and successful basketball program.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Basketball Coaching and Training skills
• Experience in Coaching and Basketball
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to mentor and motivate athletes
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Experience in an educational environment will be an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field
