Ensure seamless coordination between departments for smooth office functioning. Handle guest queries and resolve issues promptly. Greet guests upon arrival, check-in, and provide necessary documentation. Desired Candidate Profile 3-6 years of experience in a similar role (front desk receptionist). Excellent communication skills with ability to handle diverse client needs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) required; knowledge of accounting software an added advantage.
