Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and well-presented Front Office Executive to manage the front desk and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and hands-on experience in handling calls, emails, and basic Excel work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend and route incoming calls and emails professionally.
  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and guests at the reception.
  • Maintain front office operations, visitor logs, and daily records.
  • Support the sales and admin teams with routine office coordination tasks.
  • Prepare and maintain basic reports using MS Excel.
  • Ensure the reception area is neat, organized, and welcoming.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 2–4 years of experience as a Front Office Executive / Receptionist
  • Job Timings : 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM + 6 days working
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Pleasant personality with a professional approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

  • Front desk: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Punjabi (Preferred)
