Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist located in Bhubaneswar. The Front Desk Receptionist will handle day-to-day front desk operations, such as greeting visitors, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records. Additionally, the role includes providing excellent customer service, managing inquiries, and performing clerical tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Phone Etiquette and effective handling of Receptionist Duties
Clerical Skills including record-keeping, appointment scheduling, and maintaining organizational efficiency
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to support positive interactions with clients and visitors
Ability to effectively manage time and multitask in a dynamic environment
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
Proficiency in using basic office equipment and familiarity with relevant software tools is beneficial
