The Assistant Manager will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the academy, overseeing scheduling, coordinating events, managing staff, and ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. The role also involves handling administrative tasks, supervising facility maintenance, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality services for academy members and visitors. Qualifications Strong organizational, time management, and scheduling skills Leadership and team coordination abilities, along with a proactive mindset Experience in administrative tasks, including record-keeping and resource management Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with staff, clients, and external partners Familiarity with sports or fitness management is an advantage Knowledge of health and safety standards in a sports facility setting Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field is preferred
